Year 8 Fashion Show

During the creative Learning days this February our Year 8 students were working with the MFL department. They were concentrating on fashion and the language that they use to describe it. The students were split into teams where they had to put together outfits and use their language skills to describe the clothes and create a presentation to be performed as part of a fashion show at the end of the week. The students worked hard learning new phrases and words and put together a fantastic show.

They had lots of fun and some of the girls commented on how they didn’t even realise they were learning so much as they were having so much fun. This was a great activity using all of our students creative flair.
