GCSE History Trip

 The History Department organised a revision day for GCSE students on Tuesday 4th February. The students travelled to Manchester to take part in examination booster sessions run by key examiners. Past questions were analysed and students were required to become examiners for the day and grade student answers. Different key skills were also featured such as judgement, analysis and how not to fall into the 'examiners pit'. The students later took part in the interactive trial which enabled them to question their reasons another key skill required to perform well in examinations.
