Gifted and Talented

A group of our year 8 students attended the Merseyside Gifted and Talented Science and Technology Challenge Day at Liverpool University where they took part in a variety of Activities with other schools from around Merseyside including building electric cars, construction, robotics and E-FIT facial construction software.

Our girls were runners up in a variety if events, won the construction challenge and were part of the overall winning team for Merseyside.

The Royal Representative, Deputy Lieutenant of Merseyside presented the awards to the winning teams and the students will be attending the North of England Challenge Finals which are being held in the autumn term.
