‘Animals Take Over’ are regular visitors to St John Bosco and we were delighted to welcome them back to speak to our year 8 geographers.
In Geography, Year 8 students learn about the continent of Africa and the diversity found in that part of the world, so it was a brilliant opportunity to look at some of animals, insects and birds that are native to the continent.
Students get a fantastic interactive lesson where they learn about the physiology of the animals and how they survive in their environment. They have the opportunity to touch and feel all the things they are learning about in class. This visit was as successful as ever and the students were fascinated.
