In order to support remote education before returning to school, we wanted to share with you a number of useful links/documents.
First of all, please find attached a document that explains the school's expectations of pupils in terms of engaging in remote education. This document was produced to support the change of law in October 2020 that stated that all pupils receive the same education and fully engage with the work provided when their attendance in school is affected by the Coronavirus pandemic.
As referenced in the word document, the central point for accessing remote education is ClassCharts. To provide support with accessing ClassCharts, I have attached the following link that explains how this can be done:
As during previous school closure or when a whole year group bubble has been sent home, some lessons will be delivered live using Microsoft Teams. Most pupils will have already used Microsoft Teams, but I have attached a link below that shows how to access the lessons through office.com.
Over the next 24 hours, teachers delivering live lessons will send invitations through and it is essential that the invitation is accepted.
If you have any further questions about remote education, please email email@example.com.
