Careers Day

Our Year 12 and 13 students recently visited Liverpool Women’s Hospital, to gain a valuable insight into careers in the NHS.  They learned about apprenticeships into non-medical roles as well as traditional university routes in Midwifery.

There were so many amazing practical sessions, with students participating in ultra sound and first aid.

This trip also helps support our goal of meeting Gatsby measures 5 and 6 by engaging with employers and providing our students with invaluable experiences of the workplace.

We would like to thank all of the team at Liverpool Women’s Hospital for a fantastic day, the students who attended learned a great deal and really benefited from the experience!
