The course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of both human and physical topics. Students will study water and carbon cycles, coastal systems and natural hazards as part of their physical studies. For their human studies, students will look at population dynamics, global systems and changing places and who manipulates and creates place. Students have to complete an NEA of their own choice of topic and throughout the course will study a series of geographical skills and carry out 4 days of fieldwork.
